Why does my product have a weird odor?
Each shirt is treated with a special liquid that allows for a longer lasting shirt without any color deterioration. Because of this treatment, a weird odor will be noticed upon opening the bag. THIS IS NORMAL. Please wash the shirt before wearing it. The smell should go away.
Why is my order not shipping?
If you place an order and something is out of stock or on preorder your order will ship when all items are in stock.
How do your shirts fit?
Each shirt is labeled whether it is true to size. In some instances, especially with the female shirts, some garments may run small or large. Please look at the item description before purchasing a shirt.
How will you ship my order? How long does it take to receive it?
We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Freedom isn’t free! Our systems only allow one coupon per purchase.
My order says “pending.” What does that mean?
Your item has been processed and we’re getting it out the door just as fast as we can.
The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?
Picketing, protests, and staging dead-ins are not recommended. Don’t be a two-year-old. We promise it will be back in stock.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, no. But we are looking into it.
Where’s my return?
Likely still shipping to us. We’ll contact you via email as soon as we receive the item and are processing it.
